Job Responsibility:
Respond to a range of safeguarding issues
Tackle anti-social behavior
Support victims of domestic abuse
Progress legal matters through the court process
Proactively build relationships with colleagues across internal teams and external agencies
Attend multi-agency meetings as required
Undertake regular visits to customers in their homes and the wider neighborhoods
Requirements:
Knowledge and experience of the various tools and powers available to prevent and tackle anti-social behavior
Excellent communication skills to manage complex safeguarding cases and support victims of domestic abuse
Ability to proactively build relationships with colleagues across internal teams and external agencies
Willingness to undertake regular visits to customers in their homes and the wider neighborhoods
Must share Abri’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults
