Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to a range of safeguarding issues
  • Tackle anti-social behavior
  • Support victims of domestic abuse
  • Progress legal matters through the court process
  • Proactively build relationships with colleagues across internal teams and external agencies
  • Attend multi-agency meetings as required
  • Undertake regular visits to customers in their homes and the wider neighborhoods

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of the various tools and powers available to prevent and tackle anti-social behavior
  • Excellent communication skills to manage complex safeguarding cases and support victims of domestic abuse
  • Ability to proactively build relationships with colleagues across internal teams and external agencies
  • Willingness to undertake regular visits to customers in their homes and the wider neighborhoods
