Job Description:

Community Relations Managers are an integral part of our Outreach team, responsible for designing and executing community events and building relationships with leaders to expand Oak Street Health's reputation in the community. The role involves cold calling, prospecting, and coordinating event details, with opportunities for advancement.

Job Responsibility:

Establish connections and build relationships with community leaders
contact community leaders to create events and opportunities for outreach
heavy prospecting and cold calling to community resource centers
coordinate all event details with Oak Street employees
other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High attention to detail and creativity
public speaking combined with strong written and verbal skills
comfortable with cold calling and prospecting in a sales or business development environment
strong desire to work in a high-profile position
proven history of creating relationships with community leaders
bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities served
US work authorization
