The Community Programming & Engagement Manager will be a highly-skilled professional with the demonstrated ability to support the design and delivery of an annual programming calendar for global community groups across three unique entities. This professional will also have experience supporting a robust corporate engagement strategy that supports life-cycle survey design, administration, and analysis. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about building a thriving culture, driving principles that support belonging, and utilizing technology to drive innovation and efficiency across a complex enterprise.
Job Responsibility:
Support and advance the enterprise Global Community & Engagement strategy with a focus on Global Community Group (GCG) formation, development, and growth
Support an enterprise-wide programming calendar that includes heritage and awareness days/months programming
Advise and monitor all aspects of GCG collective health to include membership growth and development, and data analysis and record keeping
Track progress, collect data, and provide bi-annual reports on community impact in support of our annual sustainability report
Regularly monitor, track and report on employee resource group budgets for accuracy and promote fiscal responsibility
Support the design and administration of organization and enterprise-wide pulse surveys
Support the design and delivery of communication plans in support of team initiatives
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as our HRBPs, Global Benefits, Global Talent & Development, Internal Communications, etc
Build and grow relationships with national, local and specialized organizations and professional development organizations as appropriate to the fulfillment of the organization’s global community and engagement goals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field and/or commensurate experience
5+ years of experience implementing global community impact initiatives
5+ Experience in a complex, high-growth, fast-paced organization
Experience working with, supporting, and influencing senior leadership
Proven success maintaining and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and consultants
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of inclusion principles
Able to scope, plan, and execute and regularly report back on projects/initiatives
Able to measure the effectiveness of programs and adjust strategies based on data, feedback and best practices
Proven relationship-management and consulting skills, with an ability to influence, lead, engage and build consensus across various levels of leadership
