Job Description:

Join our team as a Community Physiotherapist and play a key role in improving the lives of adults in the community living with long-term, post-operative, or musculoskeletal conditions.

Job Responsibility:

perform comprehensive patient assessments in the community
create and implement personalised care and rehabilitation plans
deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
maintain accurate patient records in line with professional standards

Requirements:

a current and valid HCPC registration
experience working with adult community patients
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
