Job Description:

Community Paediatric Nurse - Days Only role in Plymouth, providing healthcare to patients with long-term conditions, rare diseases and cancer in their own homes. Highly desirable shift pattern worked between core hours, Monday to Friday. Comprehensive induction provided.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver specialised treatments tailored to each child’s needs, covering a range of conditions such as Juvenile Arthritis, Crohn's Disease, Renal disorders and Psoriasis
  • Provide holistic one to one care within the comfort of the patient’s own home

Requirements:

  • Qualified RCN with NMC Registration
  • Competent in the administration of IV therapies
  • Strong venepuncture and cannulation skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work autonomously
