Job Description

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a polished, professional, and self-directed Community Outreach Coordinator / Physician Liaison to help build local referral relationships and increase awareness of Ellie Mental Health throughout the Ann Arbor community.

Job Responsibility

  • Conducting regular in-person outreach visits throughout the Ann Arbor area
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local referral sources
  • Educating referral partners about Ellie Mental Health’s services, specialties, referral process, and access-to-care options
  • Identifying new referral opportunities within the local market
  • Maintaining consistent follow-up with referral partners
  • Attending occasional community events, networking opportunities, or provider meetings
  • Tracking outreach visits, contacts, referral activity, and follow-up needs
  • Providing regular updates on outreach activity, opportunities, and results

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare outreach, sales, business development, marketing, community relations, referral development, or a similar relationship-based role
  • Behavioral health, healthcare services, physician relations, medical sales, or specialty medical practice outreach experience preferred
