Shape and deliver development workstreams within Community Operations, as well as playing a critical role in the delivering of organisational change into business as usual
Ensure that strategic and operational projects are implemented in a way that is consistent, collaborative, and compassionate
Accountable for the development, coordination, and successful delivery of projects and programmes arising from both within Cat Welfare & Operations, and from the organisational change portfolio.
Requirements:
Experience in managing operational change within a large or geographically dispersed organisation
Strong understanding of project and programme management
Skilled communicator with the ability to present complex information clearly and compassionately
An understanding of the voluntary and/or charity sector, or experience working within the sector
Knowledge of human behaviour change theory
Strong working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365, alongside a proactive approach to identifying digital and AI-enabled opportunities to improve efficiency and working practices.
