Job Description:

The Community Nurse is responsible for providing essential healthcare services to individuals and families within a specific community. This role involves promoting health, preventing disease, and caring for those in need.

Job Responsibility:

Health Promotion and Education: Conduct health education programs and workshops on various topics, such as nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention
Disease Prevention: Implement disease prevention programs and initiatives
Home Health Care: Provide home health care services to patients who require ongoing medical attention
Community Outreach: Establish relationships with community partners and organizations
Emergency Response: Assist in emergency response efforts, such as disaster relief and public health emergencies

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in community health or public health preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for improving the health and well-being of the community

Nice to have:
