Job Description:

The Community Nurse is responsible for providing essential healthcare services to individuals and families within a specific community. This role involves promoting health, preventing disease, and caring for those in need.

Job Responsibility:

  • Health Promotion and Education: Conduct health education programs and workshops on various topics, such as nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention
  • Disease Prevention: Implement disease prevention programs and initiatives
  • Home Health Care: Provide home health care services to patients who require ongoing medical attention
  • Community Outreach: Establish relationships with community partners and organizations
  • Emergency Response: Assist in emergency response efforts, such as disaster relief and public health emergencies

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Experience in community health or public health preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for improving the health and well-being of the community
