Job Responsibility:
Provide a service to those individuals who present with Mental Health issues, along with other additional needs/ risks but with an emphasis on supporting/ delivering psychologically informed brief interventions
Holding a case load of patients
Administering depot medications
Carrying out initial assessments
Duty and attending triage
Work collaboratively with service users of varying ages and differing needs as well as their carers and families
Manage complex individuals in partnership with other agencies providing care coordination
Commitment to the development of high quality care, and to engage in quality improvement activities
Requirements:
Current professional registration with Nursing & Midwifery Council RNMH or RNLD
To be recognised practice assessor / mentor or work towards in an agreed timescale
