  • 5–7 years building community, ecosystem, or founder programs at a fast-scaling tech, SaaS, AI, or developer-tools company, with a track record of concepts you've run end-to-end and outcomes you can defend with numbers
  • Builder and founder fluency. You understand the field — what early founders care about, how a technical founder thinks, what makes someone abandon a tool vs. fall in love with it. You've been close enough to builders to know the difference
  • Real conviction in AI as a foundational shift. You believe Lovable plays a significant role in how software gets built, and you can articulate why to a founder audience that's already seen every AI pitch this year
  • Zero-to-one builder. You can take a half-formed idea, turn it into a concept, ship it, measure it, and iterate, without needing a team around you to do it
  • Comfortable teaching and speaking publicly. You can run a workshop, give a talk, host a panel, and walk a room of founders through Lovable without notes. You teach with clarity, not performance
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language. Swedish is a strong plus

  • Run workshops, talks, and hands-on build sessions for founders, operators, and students who haven't tried Lovable yet
  • Translate field signal into product, marketing, and GTM
