Studio Sirens is seeking a Community Manager to oversee community operations across multiple active projects at different stages of development and release. This role requires balancing live player communities, legacy titles, console-focused work, and in-development projects simultaneously. You will work closely with development, QA, and production teams to ensure player feedback, issues, and expectations are accurately captured, prioritized, and communicated with appropriate context and restraint.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage official community channels (e.g., Discord, forums, social platforms) across multiple Studio Sirens projects
Serve as the primary liaison between player communities and internal development teams
Track, organize, and contextualize player feedback, sentiment, and reported issues on a per-project basis
Coordinate closely with QA and production to support testing phases, updates, releases, and post-release communication
Adapt messaging style and level of transparency based on project lifecycle, platform, and audience expectations
Support announcements, patches, events, and updates with clear, accurate, and well-scoped communication
Help establish and uphold community guidelines, moderation standards, and escalation paths
Represent the studio with professionalism, consistency, and an understanding of development realities
Requirements:
Strong familiarity with ARK and its player community
Proven experience managing game communities for live or in-development titles
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple products or communities simultaneously
Excellent written communication skills and sound judgment around what information is appropriate to share
Ability to work onsite in Colorado on a hybrid schedule
Nice to have:
Experience with ARK or ATLAS modkits
Familiarity with Unreal Engine (UE4 or UE5) and modern game development pipelines
Experience working alongside QA teams, including bug triage and player-reported issues
Exposure to console development, certification considerations, or platform-specific community concerns
Experience supporting console ports, staggered releases, or overlapping development cycles
