Job Description

当社の配信活動を主軸とするLIVEクリエイターのオペレーション事業運営およびコミュニティ運営業務を担当していただきます。このポジションでは、LIVEクリエイターとの緊密なコミュニケーションを通じて彼らのニーズを深く理解し、クリエイターの特徴 x ゲーム配信の教育やサポートを行い、パフォーマンス向上を目指し、データ主導でカスタマイズされたイベントを実行することで、LIVEクリエイターの潜在能力を最大限に引き出す運営をします。そしてクリエイターのコミュニティ運営により、大量のクリエイターを同時に運営やサポートを行います。

Job Responsibility

  • 当社の配信活動を主軸とするLIVEクリエイターのオペレーション事業運営およびコミュニティ運営業務を担当していただきます
  • クリエイターマネジメント業務における運営業務
  • ゲームLIVEクリエイターパフォーマンス向上戦略の策定、実施および効果測定
  • クリエイターのパフォーマンス向上を目的としたクリエイターコミュニティの運営
  • ゲームLIVE配信活動をサポートするためのアプリ内機能、コンテンツおよびイベントなどの問い合わせ回答サポート
  • クリエイターコミュニティ内イベントの立案、実施、効果測定
  • 各クリエイターセグメントのニーズと課題を分析し、成長機会を最大化するアプリ内イベントの構築および実装
  • ゲーム会社または外部パートナーと協力しながらクリエイター、視聴者を巻き込みコミュニティ形成に必要な施策を立案・実行する

Requirements

  • Position is based in the Tokyo office
  • Fluent in Japanese and English
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Over 4 years of professional experience
  • Experience in managing creator communities (e.g., Discord, LINE)
  • Practical experience in game companies, live streaming companies, web companies, social media companies, advertising agencies, or MCNs
  • Ability to keep up with new game trends and generate ideas for live event planning for game companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in an international and diverse environment

Nice to have

  • Business-level proficiency in Chinese to manage external stakeholders
  • Experience in the game live streaming industry
  • Experience in using social media analytics tools and data analysis
  • Experience in proposing, managing, and analyzing events from scratch
