Are you excited by communities and conversations? Our client is a content-driven events, media, and publishing company delivering news and insights to investors and iGaming professionals. They are seeking a Community Manager to join the team on a remote basis from +/- 2 hours CET time zone with periodic travel for events. As the voice of the brand online and at live events, you will help readers connect with relevant content, partners, and opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Build, grow and nurture a vibrant community across forums, social channels, newsletters and live events
translate conversations into meaningful engagement, inform content ideas, and create opportunities for collaboration
plan and run community campaigns that align with Marketing, CRM, Events, PR, and Affiliates, helping to grow audience and loyalty
manage CRM segments and analyse engagement data, tailoring content to each group to increase participation and value for readers and partners
moderate discussions, respond to feedback promptly, and maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive community atmosphere
collaborate with marketing, events, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximum impact at events and in content
Requirements:
3+ years in community management or related roles
strong written and verbal communication
experience with CRM tools, email marketing, and analytics
comfortable with a hybrid work pattern from Malta
