PolyAI is looking for a Community Manager to build and grow our external communities of customers and influencers. This person will own our customer marketing program, elevating our professionalism, consistency, and visibility as we scale. They will act as a bridge across teams to surface stories, amplify wins, and deepen engagement with the people who shape our brand. They will also manage influencer outreach, coordination, and approvals in support of the marketing team’s highest profile campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Manage influencer marketing: recruit and nurture influencers
manage pipeline of influencer engagement
coordinate briefs, talking points, content, and approvals for influencer activations
track influencer impact
Own customer marketing: build a customer-centric community
project manage pipeline of case studies, testimonials, reference calls, analyst requests, and event asks
own customer reviews (e.g., G2)
track overall customer advocacy
collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to highlight wins and tell strong customer stories
Requirements:
