Job Description:

Posh is hiring a Community Manager, Campus to build and scale our Campus Director Program from the ground up. Universities are dense ecosystems with constant demand for events, but student organizers often lack structure, continuity, and tools. This program solves that by building a community of Campus Directors that host on-campus events teaching student organizers how they can grow their business and utilize Posh and spread awareness of our Campus Fund, a micro-funding account that deploys capital to support student org-led events hosted on Posh. This is a growth + operations leadership role with clear ownership over outcomes like: Net New Student Organizations Onboarded, Campus Revenue from Campus Events, Student Organization Retention and Active Events.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and prioritize the top 25 target schools across Posh’s top 10 markets
  • Recruit, train, and onboard a high-performing network of 50+ Campus Directors
  • Build program operations from scratch, including SOPs, playbooks, and reporting systems
  • Create and manage workflows using tools like Airtable (dashboards, tracking, ambassador scorecards, funding pipeline)
  • Own the campus micro-funding program (grant applications, selection process, fund distribution, reporting, verification)
  • Partner with campus leaders to drive adoption across: fraternities and sororities, student organizations, cultural, and social clubs
  • Develop collateral and education to help ambassadors onboard orgs and run repeatable events on Posh
  • Track program performance and ensure ambassador + funding activity ties directly to measurable outcomes. Ensure Program ROI by day 90+

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in community, partnerships, growth programs, operations, or campus ecosystems
  • Strong familiarity with the college space (Greek life, student orgs, campus nightlife/social culture)
  • Experience building programs from scratch — not just running existing ones
  • Comfort using data and tools like Airtable, Lightdash, & Notion to build repeatable systems and workflows
  • Strong operational instincts: organized, structured, and execution-focused
  • Ability to recruit, motivate, and manage local leaders with high standards and accountability
  • A bias toward outcomes: measure success by adoption, GMV, retention — not effort

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing ambassador programs, street teams, or affiliate networks
  • Experience in events, nightlife, creator economy, or marketplaces
  • Experience managing budgets or funding programs
What we offer:
  • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
  • Equinox Membership
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Team Events, Dinners, & Offsites, Free Event Tickets to Dope Shows
  • New MacBook
  • Daily Uber Eats Credit
  • Relocation bonuses are available for some out-of-state candidates
  • Offers Equity
