Job Description:

Our client is searching for an ambitious, motivated, and target-driven Community Liaison Officer for the new West Midlands region. Working under a Business Development Operations Manager and as part of a dedicated team, you'll be on the field capturing leads and data to help understand local communities' broadband and telecoms needs. You'll also be the face of the brand, talking to residents and customers at their door, at events, and over the phone, driving uptake of their services in the Midlands area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting with Lead Generation Campaigns
  • Capturing data through residential campaigns, events, or telesales
  • Representing the brand, explaining their build plans to local residents and handling queries
  • Consistently achieving set weekly and monthly activity and opportunity targets
  • Identifying and sharing ideas for opportunities within the area to maximise service uptake

Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience in sales, lead generation, customer service/support, or a similar field (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent awareness of the area
  • High motivation, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • A drive for excellence and high attention to detail, coupled with a desire to learn and grow
