Job Responsibility

Serve as the primary face of the community—building deep relationships and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s values
Lead, host, and manage ride-outs, events, community meetups, and activations across various cities
Create an ongoing calendar of community activities, trips, and grassroots initiatives
Oversee digital community spaces (Discord, forums, groups) to keep conversations active, positive, and aligned with the brand’s vibe
Identify new event opportunities, evaluate their fit, and manage logistics from planning through post-event wrap-up
Maintain strong presence within local and national culture scenes (bikes, skate, surf, music, adventure sports)
Build genuine relationships across all walks of life—no ego, no classism, inclusive of everyone from casual riders to die-hard enthusiasts
