We’re looking for a driven leader to shape and deliver our community investment work. You’ll manage a high-performing team, identify and respond to the needs of our communities, and design creative, strategic initiatives that make a measurable difference. You’ll also capture and communicate the real impact of our work, ensuring we invest where it matters most. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to empowering communities and enhancing the lives of those within them. You will develop, coordinate, and execute the community’s strategy, conduct local and wider societal research, and analyse data to identify the most pressing needs. You’ll ensure that resources are directed effectively, maximising both social value and value for money. You will build strong relationships with residents, local authorities, and community partners, confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to negotiate and challenge when necessary, will drive the success of sustainable community investment projects.
