The Community Hubs Manager, supervised by the Senior Manager of Community Hubs, serves as the on-site lead for the Loveland Youth Campus, a shared space where multiple nonprofit organizations work together to support children, youth, and families. This role plays a key part in ensuring the campus is a welcoming, active, and well-coordinated environment. The Community Hubs Manager builds strong relationships with partner organizations, supports day-to-day coordination across the campus, and helps bring people together through meetings, events, shared learning and collaborative efforts. This position also helps strengthen the Loveland Youth Campus as a trusted community hub by supporting partner communication, campus activation, and opportunities for deeper connection across organizations. Working closely with nonprofit partners, community members, and internal United Way staff, this role helps ensure that the campus runs smoothly and that partners feel supported in their work. The position also contributes to community outreach, storytelling, and continuous improvement efforts that strengthen the overall impact and long-term success of the campus. This role is highly collaborative and well-suited for someone who enjoys building relationships, organizing moving pieces, and creating spaces where people and organizations can thrive together.
Job Responsibility
Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit partners on-site
Facilitate partner meetings and conversations
Maintain clear partner communication and documentation
Coordinate the use of shared spaces
Engage with prospective partners to understand their programs and space needs
Represent the Loveland Youth Campus in community meetings
Support development of newsletters, flyers, and digital communications
Coordinate and support events, trainings, and partner gatherings
Gather feedback from partners and participants
Identify opportunities to increase campus activity
Work closely with internal teams across United Way
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in community engagement, nonprofit work, partnerships, or program coordination
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and facilitate conversations
Experience working with multiple partners or constituents
Strong organizational skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to troubleshoot challenges
Experience using scheduling platforms, project management tools, or shared drives
