Job Description

The Comm Health Programs Coord, with oversight from the Supervisor and Director, is responsible for successfully coordinating and implementing student-centered programming that supports career exploration in healthcare. This role builds and manages annual program calendars; facilitates workshops; organizes cohort and cross-site events; coordinates and oversees college and career field trips; administers surveys and tracks participation data; monitors program budgets; and collaborates with school administrators, teachers, and community partners to enhance program offerings and expand opportunities based on student needs and interests. The Comm Health Programs Coord also provides individualized 1:1 guidance to ensure participants meet program requirements, while fostering a supportive environment that helps students build confidence, resilience, and clear pathways toward their future goals.
