Job Description

Lovable is hiring a Community Growth Manager for Campus to build the program that makes Lovable the default app-building tool on every campus that produces the next generation of entrepreneurs and builders.

Job Responsibility

  • Campus program design and launch
  • Own the Lovable Campus Leads Program end-to-end: recruiting, onboarding, activation, and retention of student champions
  • Identify and hand-pick campus leads
  • Design and run the on-campus event playbook
  • Cohort operations and community health
  • Set expectations, keep leads activated, collect product feedback, and celebrate wins loudly
  • Be the person who knows each campus lead and their administration champions personally
  • Build the pipeline between campus leads and the broader ambassador program
  • School selection and expansion
  • Launch and grow with the right schools first
  • Build relationships with faculty, club leads, and accelerator staff at target schools to deepen Lovable's presence beyond a single point of contact per campus
  • Own the roadmap for expanding once the first cohort produces repeatable, self-sustaining events

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in community-led growth, campus programs, developer relations, student marketing, or a startup role where you owned end-to-end programs
  • Deep familiarity with university ecosystems (entrepreneurship clubs, CS programs, design schools, hackathon culture) from having operated inside them, not just adjacent to them
  • Builder instincts: you've shipped something yourself, or you're obsessed with people who do
  • Strong operator with bias toward doing: you'd rather run the first event imperfectly than wait for the perfect playbook
  • Experience with event logistics, cohort programs, or ambassador-style communities is a strong plus
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to define the role as much as fill it
