Job Description

Lovable is hiring a Community Growth Manager for Partnerships & Ambassador to formalize and accelerate the builder community that's already forming around Lovable — recruiting the people who have hard earned impact and credibility in our ecosystem, funding their work, and building the external partnerships that put Lovable in front of the right audiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the design and structure of the Lovable Ambassador Program
  • Lead outbound sourcing and ambassador relationship building
  • Run the 1:1 intake process for each new ambassador: understand their individual motivation, map what they actually want from the relationship, and design their participation around it
  • Build and manage the ambassador toolkit to ensure high quality activations and brand representation
  • Own and design Lovable's community partnership tracks
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships: relationships with aligned communities or education providers where Lovable becomes the default builder tool
  • Be Lovable's fan's biggest fan
  • Surface product feedback from ambassadors and partners to the PM team on a regular cadence
  • Track and report on program health across internal crossfunctional teams and initiatives

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in community-led growth, partnerships, developer advocacy, influencer marketing, or startup growth
  • You've run an ambassador or advocate program before, or you've been an ambassador yourself and understand what actually makes them feel valued and excited
  • Strong network instincts: you know how to identify who's credible in a community before everyone else does, and you know how to build a relationship that lasts longer than a campaign
  • High external EQ — you're genuinely energized by other people's success and know how to celebrate it without making it about the company
  • Comfortable managing multiple external relationships simultaneously across different geographies, time zones, and community types
  • Experience with partnership structures, sponsorships, or co-marketing agreements is a strong plus
