Requirements

Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with a range of people
Experience using a fundraising, CRM or other database system
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
An understanding of digital media and online communication channels
Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Job Responsibility

Drive the growth of community fundraising income by delivering against fundraising targets
Build strong relationships with United Response’s London Marathon fundraisers and volunteers

Coordinate outside group/retreat group needs with the Food Service, Maintenance departments and retreat program staff
Provide some on-site supervision and assist with program coordination for Summer Resident Camp

Builds effective, authentic relationships with Retreat guests, campers, parents, alumni and the community
helps them connect with each other and the YMCA
