We're looking for a Community Experience Manager to join our marketing team and help us build, engage, and grow one of the most active cybersecurity communities in the world. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams, connecting with thousands of users, amplifying their voices, and turning their feedback into real impact.
Job Responsibility:
Help users succeed and grow with Filigran: Create programs that help users adopt OpenCTI and OpenAEV capabilities faster, serve as the first line of community support, troubleshoot with peers, explore new use cases, and learn from community members
Foster connection and belonging: Build dedicated spaces for specific roles, regions, and industries
Own our multi-channel community presence: Drive Filigran's engagement across Slack, GitHub discussions, Reddit and evaluate how best to engage in LinkedIn and Substack
Encourage feedback that shapes the product: Build clear loops for users to share product ideas
Scale self-service and peer support: Grow a healthy network of moderators and contributors
Own end-to-end community events: Plan, organize, and run virtual meetups, product webinars, AMAs, and online summits
Track, measure, optimize: Use data to understand what drives adoption, satisfaction, and engagement
Requirements:
3+ years building community programs, with strong familiarity with Slack and other community platforms
5–8+ years of experience working in tech, ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, or open-source ecosystems
Technically curious and comfortable with product features, APIs, and technical documentation at a user level
An active presence on community platforms such as Reddit, GitHub, LinkedIn, or Substack
A track record of building scalable engagement programs that deliver real value to users and internal teams
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and come up with creative solutions to challenging problems
Strong communication skills and a welcoming presence
Experience working cross-functionally, especially with product, engineering, and customer success
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
Experience with open-source project communities (GitHub Discussions, Discord, forums)
