The Opportunity: We’re seeking an exceptionally warm, service-driven, and community-minded Community Experience Lead to be the face of the member experience. As the on-site connector and hospitality leader, you will drive daily member engagement, build meaningful relationships, and ensure every member feels seen, welcomed, and cared for. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by people, deeply attentive to detail, and passionate about delivering a best-in-class hospitality experience. The Community Experience Lead will also oversee the Concierge team and front desk operations, ensuring the club environment consistently reflects our values of connection, service, and excellence. This isn't about customer service—it's about community stewardship and creating a home for our members.

Job Responsibility

  • Member Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Serve as the primary on-site presence for members, creating a warm, welcoming environment throughout the club
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with members through regular in-person interaction, proactive outreach, and thoughtful check-ins via call and text
  • Become a trusted point of contact for member needs, questions, and requests
  • Monitor member engagement patterns to anticipate needs and strengthen retention
  • Community Experience & Events
  • Attend and support member events to ensure members feel connected, supported, and included
  • Welcome new members to the club, introduce them to community touchpoints, and help integrate them into the culture
  • Collaborate with programming and operations teams on experiences that elevate the onsite community atmosphere
  • Hospitality Leadership & Concierge Oversight
  • Lead the Concierge team in delivering exceptional front desk hospitality, ensuring consistent service standards and a cohesive member experience
  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations to maintain a streamlined, professional, and welcoming environment
  • Support team training, scheduling, and performance to uphold service excellence across all club touchpoints
  • Brand Ambassadorship
  • Represent The Gathering Spot with authenticity, warmth, and professionalism
  • Uphold community guidelines and reinforce the cultural values that define the member experience
  • Act as an advocate and champion for member satisfaction and meaningful connections
