Community Engagement and Development Coordinator

• Identify, research, and write applications for grants, donations, and sponsorships to secure funding aligned with organizational goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders
• Oversee the administration and reporting of grant-funded programs, ensuring compliance with funder requirements and timely delivery of outcomes
• Plan, implement, and evaluate community outreach events and engagement activities
• Develop and execute strategies to increase community awareness, involvement, and support
• Track, analyze, and report on outreach performance, donor engagement, and fundraising metrics
• Manage budgets, records, and databases for contributions, sponsorships, and grants
• Train and supervise staff and volunteers involved in community engagement activities
• Coordinate promotional materials and communications in collaboration with marketing teams
• Ensure all administrative tasks related to funding and outreach are organized, accurate, and aligned with internal policies

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, public administration, business, or a related field preferred, but open to relevant experience
• Experience in community engagement, development/fundraising, or related administrative roles
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building abilities
• Demonstrated administrative and project management skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms a plus
• Proven experience using Microsoft Suite
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
