Our client, a leading name in online poker, is looking for a passionate and people-focused Community & Customer Service Manager for Poker Live Events to join the London team. You will be the face of the brand at live tournaments and activations, building relationships with players and delivering best-in-class support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Live Events & Community Engagement Represent the brand at UK live poker events as a knowledgeable ambassador, build strong player relationships, support event operations, assist with on-site promotions, gather feedback, and share insights to improve the experience
  • Customer Support (Events & Office-Based) Act as on-site lead for players needing help with their online accounts
  • resolve issues, escalate complex cases, maintain detailed case documentation, issue rewards, and manage player surveys
  • Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge Demonstrate strong understanding of UK gambling regulations, including AML procedures
  • ensure all interactions and promotions comply with requirements
  • Collaboration Work with the UK Events team, Social Media Manager, Promo Staff, Marketing, and global Customer Support to ensure consistent service and share community feedback
