Job Responsibility

  • Conduct regular floor audits maintaining tidiness, and health and safety standards
  • Complete daily occupancy checks accurately capturing data to support effective space planning and utilisation
  • Provide proactive colleague and guest support offering friendly, solutions‑focused assistance whenever needed
  • Foster a connected workplace community creating positive interactions and maintaining a strong on‑floor presence
  • Support meeting room set up, coordinating equipment and promptly logging or escalating any defects
