The Community Center Associate will be based at one or more of Community Centers and will provide customer service to members and seniors in the community. This associate will represent the company in the community and will develop and maintain the company’s reputation. The position will be customer-facing with sales responsibilities. The representative will be motivated by company mission to deliver culturally-sensitive health care solutions to seniors in our community. The Medical Customer Service Rep must be bilingual in Korean.

Must be bilingual in Korean
Provide excellent customer service
Provide in-language support for members regarding benefits and accessing care
Act as a Medicare Advisor with in-language support
Schedule and coordinate health and wellness events
Communicate and coordinate general building repairs with Facilities Manager/Department
Maintain inventory of equipment, supplies and promotional/marketing items
Track and monitor traffic flow and utilization of services
Perform routine inspections for quality assurance
Manage use of space for classes, activities and trainings
Identify and develop programs and activities
Identify and participate in member and community events
