Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Care Worker to assist the Telecare & Sensory service. Working with a team of experienced Community Care Workers, your role will be predominately assessing and providing innovative telecare solutions to promote the independence and wellbeing of vulnerable people and their carers in the community.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • DBS clearance is required
  • The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post
