As a Community RN, you’ll play a key role in empowering clients to remain safe, well, and independent in their own homes.

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse
  • experience in community, aged care, or acute settings (preferred)
  • Working with Children check
  • Police check
  • CPR
  • Driver's License
  • confidence to work autonomously with strong time management and organisational skills
  • solid understanding of community nursing and consumer-directed care principles
  • competence using digital devices and client management systems
  • advanced clinical care experience across areas like palliative care, chronic disease, wound and medication management
