Job Description:

Abbots Care is seeking kind and compassionate individuals to join their team as Community Care Assistants, providing domiciliary care to service users in their own homes in Welwyn and surrounding areas to help them remain independent. The role is rewarding with opportunities for career development.

Job Responsibility:

Providing support and care for service users within their own homes
Supporting and assisting with personal care
Preparing meals and associated domestic tasks
Administering medication
Supporting service user with hobbies and social interests

Requirements:

Full driving licence with access to own car
Right to work in the UK
Kind and compassionate individual

Nice to have:

Previous experience in the care industry
