Job Description:

Community-based support care workers provide care to service users within their own homes to help them remain as independent as possible. The role is rewarding and fulfilling with opportunities for career development.

Job Responsibility:

Providing support and care for service users within their own homes
Supporting and assisting with personal care
Preparing meals and associated domestic tasks
Administering medication
Supporting service user with hobbies and social interests

Requirements:

Full driving license
Access to own vehicle
Right to work in the UK

Nice to have:

Previous experience in care
