Community CAMHS Care Coordinator

Sheffield Community CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) is dedicated to improving the mental health and wellbeing of young people across Sheffield. Our team delivers high-quality care and support to children and families, helping them through their mental health journeys. We are committed to providing a positive, inclusive environment where staff can develop and make a difference in the lives of young people. Under supervision of Registered Nurses, you will deliver care coordination services to young people and their families, enhancing access and collaboration throughout their care journey in CAMHS.
