Café Manager- 40 hour contract- 8am-4pm Mon-Fri + Match Days. St. Andrew’s @ Knighthead Park | Birmingham City Football Club. Levy UK + Ireland. We’re Looking for More Than a Café Manager. We're looking for an exceptional Café Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of an exciting new social café space at St. Andrew’s @ Knighthead Park, home of Birmingham City Football Club. This isn't a traditional café. It's a destination designed to bring people together – a welcoming environment that serves as a workplace café, informal meeting space, social hub, hospitality touchpoint and vibrant matchday destination. As Café Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, atmosphere and experience of the space. You'll create an environment where guests feel welcomed, teams feel inspired and every interaction reflects the very best of hospitality. We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness and operational excellence with genuine warmth, energy and pride in what they do. Simply put, we're looking for someone who will treat this space as if it were their own. The Opportunity. Reporting into the Levy leadership team, you'll lead all aspects of the café's daily operation, working collaboratively with Birmingham City Football Club and key stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Marketing and People teams. You'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience, developing a high-performing team and ensuring the venue continues to evolve as part of Birmingham City Football Club's exciting long-term transformation. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a new hospitality concept from the ground up. What You'll Be DoingLeading the Operation. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the café, ensuring every part of the guest journey feels seamless, welcoming and consistently high quality. You'll: Lead daily café operations and service delivery; Create a space that feels vibrant, welcoming and well-presented at all times; Drive excellence across opening, service and closing routines; Maintain exceptional food, coffee and grab-and-go standards; Manage peak service periods with confidence and efficiency; Support operational adaptations for matchdays and special events; Work closely with club teams and partners to ensure a consistently excellent experience across the venue.
