Do you like to juggle? We are looking for individuals who enjoy juggling different challenges, tasks and personalities on a daily basis. Our Community Association Managers are responsible for handling the operations for the Homeowner/Condo associations they are assigned. This includes acting as a liaison between Heritage Property Management Services and the Association’s Board of Directors. This ideal candidate should be organized, flexible, have strong verbal and written communication skills, a proactive approach to putting out fires (no hook and ladder required), an understanding of industry standard best practices and a professional demeanor. You should be comfortable with board mentoring, vendor management, coordination of support services, financial management and budgeting, and have good computer skills. A Real Estate CAM license, Broker license, or Real Estate Agent License in the state of Georgia is also required.
