Job Description

We are looking for an organized and personable Community Associate to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to both clients and staff. This role requires attention to detail, adaptability under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcome and assist clients and guests by signing them in and coordinating with the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared areas, including kitchen spaces
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely processing and distribution
  • Prepare and set up offices for use, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are ready
  • Schedule and manage reservations for offices and conference rooms
  • Operate standard office equipment efficiently to support daily operations
  • Provide administrative assistance, including data entry and managing inbound calls
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and detail-oriented work environment

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and adaptable in fast-paced or changing situations
  • Strong organizational abilities, including multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Capability to operate basic office equipment with ease
  • Detail-oriented demeanor, coupled with a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in administrative roles such as receptionist duties or data entry is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
