We are looking for an organized and personable Community Associate to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to both clients and staff. This role requires attention to detail, adaptability under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome and assist clients and guests by signing them in and coordinating with the appropriate personnel
Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared areas, including kitchen spaces
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely processing and distribution
Prepare and set up offices for use, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are ready
Schedule and manage reservations for offices and conference rooms
Operate standard office equipment efficiently to support daily operations
Provide administrative assistance, including data entry and managing inbound calls
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and detail-oriented work environment
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and adaptable in fast-paced or changing situations
Strong organizational abilities, including multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Capability to operate basic office equipment with ease
Detail-oriented demeanor, coupled with a positive attitude
Previous experience in administrative roles such as receptionist duties or data entry is preferred
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
