Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Communications Specialist IV to join our team in St Paul, Minnesota. This long-term contract position requires someone with a strong background in crafting and delivering effective internal communication strategies that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring consistent messaging across all company platforms while fostering employee engagement.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with the company’s strategic vision
Create and publish engaging content, including videos, blogs, and photography, for internal platforms
Ensure consistency in messaging and communication across departments, maintaining organizational standards
Research and recommend effective ways to present information to employees, coordinating releases with company events
Monitor and analyze the impact of communication efforts, presenting measurable results to stakeholders
Collaborate with departments and management to disseminate timely information such as memos and directives
Address legal concerns by consulting with legal staff on issues like copyright compliance
Respond to media inquiries or designate appropriate representatives to handle information requests
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring constructive feedback and support
Stay updated on communication trends and techniques to enhance internal strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is required
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in internal communications or a related role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities
Solid experience in media production, including video and photography, as well as blogging
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, pricing strategy, and communication methods
Ability to address legal concerns, such as copyright issues, with attention to detail
Expertise in analyzing and presenting the outcomes of communication initiatives to stakeholders
