The Communications Specialist leads communications and content development for global talent attraction and engagement initiatives. This includes internal and external communications, talent marketing campaigns, award nominations, and SharePoint content management. The role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Business HR, Marketing, and business leaders to create effective, timely communication strategies that strengthen our employer brand and talent pipeline. The Specialist ensures clarity, accuracy, and brand aligned messaging across all channels and formats.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, create, and deliver communication for employees, leaders, candidates, and external audiences
Develop content for newsletters, announcements, recruitment campaigns, event promotions, and award nominations
Write both short-form and long-form content, including social media and digital campaign copy, blogs, articles, website content, email communications, advertisements, video scripts, talking points, and leader presentations
Produce communications aligned to global brand standards and narrative
Use a mix of digital, social, internal, and external channels to engage targeted audiences
Stay updated on IT services industry trends and business priorities to create relevant content
Use internal communication systems, including the intranet, SharePoint, websites, and marketing automation platforms
Design and upload content effectively across platforms
Support global and regional communication feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, engagement insights)
Track and analyze communication effectiveness using available metrics
Compile regular readership and performance reports for the Talent Marketing team and leadership
Apply insights to continuously improve content and engagement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Marketing Communications, or related field
8+ years of experience in content writing, content strategy, marketing communications, internal communications, public relations, or recruitment marketing
Proven experience in the IT services industry
Strong relationship-building skills across global and cross-cultural environments
Experience working in a matrixed, global organization
Proficiency with SharePoint, marketing automation tools, ATS platforms, and communication systems
Demonstrated success managing time-critical projects and advising senior leaders
Experience collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies
