The Change Management & Communications Specialist will be primarily responsible for creating and implementing change management plans and deliverables that maximize the client experience, minimize employee resistance, and enhance employee engagement through communication and training.
Job Responsibility:
Manages a structured communication approach and methodology for the people side (clients & employees) of change caused by projects and change efforts
Creates, manages, and implements the communications portions of the change management strategy and plan based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change that support the implementation and training plans
Works with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan
Identifies potential people-side (client & employee) risks and anticipated points of resistance, and assists in plans to mitigate or address the concerns, in conjunction with the change team and other key stakeholders
Creates and enables reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success to produce a positive environment and results for the organization
Partners with Internal Communication, Training,HR, OD specialists, and Branch Leadership in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation and minimize risk
Assists in identifying resistance and performance gaps, and works to develop and implement corrective actions or communications to resolve issues
Completes other ad hoc analysis, special projects, and duties as needed

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree Preferred
5+ years of Communications within an Org Change Management (OCM) capacity directly related or closely related experience
Knowledge and experience of change management methodologies and organizational design work
Knowledge of large-scale organizational change effort
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level
Project management at a proficient level
Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)
Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player
Time management and time critical prioritization skills
