Job Responsibility

Handle all incoming calls into the hotel and redirect to each department as appropriate
Analyse and update all traveller requests that are tailored to their requirements
Responsible for handling all hotel outlet reservations or traveller orders
Assist and coordinate traveller bookings, engaging with them and exceeding their expectations
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings
Liase with other departments to deliver service excellence with each traveller experience
Complete reservation administration tasks and offer general support to the team
