Director of Communications role at DICE (part of Fever) to shape and lead global narrative during pivotal growth. Responsible for crafting compelling narratives, managing reputational moments, and amplifying DICE's presence across global media while moving between underground music culture and business strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and lead DICE's global communications strategy
  • Act as brand guardian and tone-setter
  • Build multi-market PR roadmap
  • Develop and nurture relationships with press, tastemakers, cultural institutions, and artist communities
  • Act as spokesperson when needed
  • Navigate complex reputation or comms challenges
  • Collaborate with Product, Brand, and Partnerships teams
  • Lead development of thought leadership platforms for DICE execs
  • Manage relationships with agencies and freelancers
  • Track, report and interpret media impact and brand sentiment
  • Support internal communications

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in communications, PR, or editorial strategy
  • Experience in music, tech, culture, or creative industries
  • Led communications for a brand that challenges convention
