Job Description:

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Communications Project Manager in our IT Services division. As a Communications Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating with senior executives, managing projects, and ensuring effective communication strategies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle customer inquiries and processing applications
  • organize meetings with staff and stakeholders in alignment with our organization's goals
  • monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
  • maintain accurate records of customer credit
  • collaborate with communication specialists for messaging consistency
  • serve as a liaison between leadership and internal and external stakeholders
  • assist in identifying and elevating key initiatives
  • support the implementation and communication of key programs
  • maintain comprehensive records for each project
  • monitor the status of major executive initiatives
  • proactively identify and escalate project risks
  • attend project meetings, document key takeaways, action items, and decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the IT Services industry
  • demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign
  • solid understanding and hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • proven track record in designing and implementing successful advertisement campaigns
  • exceptional blogging skills to engage with the online community effectively
  • proven ability to increase brand awareness through strategic communications and marketing
  • experience in creating compelling brochures for promotional purposes
  • proficiency in campaign planning and execution
  • excellent client communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear manner
  • experience in drafting and implementing communication plans
  • strong skills in developing and executing communication strategies
  • experience in communications management, with the ability to oversee various projects simultaneously
  • proficiency in corporate communications, with the ability to represent the company's interests effectively
  • strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and maintain strong relationships
  • proven track record in strategic communication, with the ability to align communication efforts with company goals.
