Job Description:

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Communications Project Manager in our IT Services division. As a Communications Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating with senior executives, managing projects, and ensuring effective communication strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Handle customer inquiries and processing applications
organize meetings with staff and stakeholders in alignment with our organization's goals
monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
maintain accurate records of customer credit
collaborate with communication specialists for messaging consistency
serve as a liaison between leadership and internal and external stakeholders
assist in identifying and elevating key initiatives
support the implementation and communication of key programs
maintain comprehensive records for each project
monitor the status of major executive initiatives
proactively identify and escalate project risks
attend project meetings, document key takeaways, action items, and decisions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the IT Services industry
demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign
solid understanding and hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
proven track record in designing and implementing successful advertisement campaigns
exceptional blogging skills to engage with the online community effectively
proven ability to increase brand awareness through strategic communications and marketing
experience in creating compelling brochures for promotional purposes
proficiency in campaign planning and execution
excellent client communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear manner
experience in drafting and implementing communication plans
strong skills in developing and executing communication strategies
experience in communications management, with the ability to oversee various projects simultaneously
proficiency in corporate communications, with the ability to represent the company's interests effectively
strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and maintain strong relationships
proven track record in strategic communication, with the ability to align communication efforts with company goals.
