We’re looking for a strategic Communications Planner to shape how a global healthcare brand communicates across markets and audiences. Reporting into senior marketing leadership, you’ll translate brand strategy into clear, consistent, and compelling messaging that connects purpose, campaigns, and content worldwide. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and insight, this role ensures all communications – from thought leadership to tactical marketing – feel joined-up, relevant, and impactful. You’ll work closely with brand, content, and marketing teams to strengthen positioning across a global healthcare portfolio, ensuring messaging resonates across regions, personas, and channels.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain communications frameworks aligned to brand strategy and audience insight
Translate value propositions into clear, audience-relevant messaging across touchpoints
Build persona-based messaging strategies across the customer journey
Plan and align integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
Use insight and performance data to refine messaging and optimise impact
Support regional teams with localisation while protecting brand consistency
Brief creative and content teams with clear objectives and messaging
Define and track KPIs to measure communication effectiveness
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in brand communications, campaign planning, or integrated strategy (global B2B or events experience preferred)
Strong grasp of brand architecture, audience segmentation, and messaging frameworks
Proven ability to adapt messaging across personas and regions while maintaining consistency
Experience using data and audience insight to inform communications
Confident communicator with strong writing, presentation, and stakeholder skills
Highly collaborative and comfortable working across creative, marketing, and leadership teams
