Job Responsibility

  • Provide high-level communications advice to Hub Leaders and Directors, ensuring all external messages align with strategic business objectives
  • Identify, lead, and review external news articles, thought leadership pieces, and topical case studies that highlight the expertise of our people
  • Oversee the direction and content governance of the company website, and design/implement digital marketing campaigns utilising analytical tools to measure success
  • Create and maintain high-quality marketing collateral (brochures, capability statements, and reports) using Canva and Adobe InDesign, collaborating closely with our Senior Graphic Designer
  • Actively mentor, guide, and support the day-to-day development of a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, with the future opportunity to deputise for the Head of Department
  • Lead national award submissions to ensure all regional offices are well-represented, and attend diverse networking and industry functions to build corporate networks

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience in a broad marketing and communications role (professional services or
  • Proven experience in a technical or corporate communications role, with a strong portfolio in drafting high-standard internal and external copy
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, Adobe InDesign, and Canva
  • Experience implementing and interpreting digital analytical systems is highly regarded
  • A strong desire to step into a people leadership role, with a commitment to building a supportive, trust-based team culture
  • Methodical, organized, and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently when required
  • A constructive, diplomatic, and tactful communicator who excels at building relationships with internal stakeholders and external third parties
