The Communications Manager will play a critical role in shaping and delivering strategic communications for a high-visibility enterprise program, including large SaaS and Workday-related implementations. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that support organizational change, drive employee engagement, and ensure alignment across a broad, complex workforce. The role requires a highly collaborative yet independent professional who can partner with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver clear, consistent, and impactful messaging at scale.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement end-to-end communication strategies to support enterprise initiatives, including measuring effectiveness and optimizing approaches based on feedback and outcomes
Serve as the primary communications point of contact for program teams, consulting on messaging strategy, planning, and execution
Create executive-level communications including presentations, town hall materials, scripts, talking points, and briefing documents
Draft and deliver a wide range of communication assets, including internal announcements, web content, videos, brochures, and speeches
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and style across all communications, maintaining adherence to AP style guidelines
Provide creative direction for campaign themes, messaging frameworks, and communication packaging to drive engagement
Identify and leverage the most effective communication channels and tools for various audiences, including digital and online content strategies
Coordinate meetings and communication deliverables across stakeholders, including program sponsors, executives, change consultants, and cross-functional teams
Support enterprise change communications efforts tied to large-scale implementations, including Workday or similar SaaS platforms
Requirements:
Proven experience in enterprise-level employee communications, ideally supporting large-scale transformations or SaaS implementations including Workday
Strong ability to create communications for broad, diverse audiences, including tailoring messaging across multiple personas and organizational levels
Demonstrated experience developing executive-facing materials, including presentations, scripts, and briefing documents
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint
comfortable using Microsoft Teams for collaboration
Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Strong understanding of change management principles and enterprise communication strategies
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen attention to detail
Experience working within large, complex organizations and supporting cross-functional stakeholder groups
Direct experience supporting communications for Workday or large SaaS implementations
Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency with communication tools and platforms
Ability to scale communications strategies across large employee populations and complex organizational structures
Experience integrating change strategy, learning enablement, and communications into a cohesive approach
