4-year degree from an accredited university
master's degree strongly preferred
6 years of relevant professional experience in related function that is writing intensive (employee or operations communications, change management, etc.)
prior operations or topline discipline experience a plus
strong personal leadership, organizational, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
outstanding formal and informal presentation skills
demonstrated ability to deliver results under difficult conditions, particularly when faced with complexity and ambiguity
excellent written and oral communication skills

Job Responsibility

Partners with the Director and global Change Management team to gather and assess change impacts for U.S. and Canada stakeholders
Partners with the Director and global Change Management team to create and execute a comprehensive change management plan for impacted U.S. and Canada stakeholders
Develops and distributes required change and deployment deliverables (e.g., presentations, job aids, communications, etc.)
Partner with global Change Management and Communications team to develop and deliver communications and engagement activities for the End User Council
Partners with the Director and global Change Management and Communications teams to co-create and execute effective communications to various U.S. and Canada stakeholders via a variety of mediums
Plans, facilitates, and co-creates content for live webinars and office hours in partnership with BTO team and continent experts
Supports the intake of topics and facilitate regular updates to the communications plan
Partners with the Director and global Change Management and Communications teams to create content for and execute continent-wide conferences, key meetings, and planning forums
