Communications Manager - Internal & Owner Communications

• Develop and execute Owner Communications strategies aligned with business priorities
• Support internal communications initiatives across EMEA, ensuring consistency and engagement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely and impactful messaging
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively
• Utilize platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and intranet systems for content delivery
• Contribute creative ideas and storytelling approaches to enhance communication impact

• Prior experience in internal communications, PR, marketing, or corporate communications
• Hospitality or hotel industry experience is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing demands
• Tangible communications experience with measurable impact
• Excellent writing, grammar, and storytelling skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across disciplines
• Strong project management skills: managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional input
• Self-starter with initiative and strong workload management
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Well-organized, able to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and intranet systems
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel within EMEA, participate in training, and host/attend evening events
