Job Responsibility:

  • Full-time Commitment: Work 30-40 hours per week during regular office hours
  • Team Collaboration: Support the overall work of the Kering Communications team, in addition to cross-department projects and initiatives
  • Project Support: Assist with meeting preparation, task tracking, and project/event recaps
  • Administrative Support: Assist with calendar management, organizing team documents, and expense reports
  • Event Planning: Support with the planning of key events and provide onsite support for the Kering Communications team

Requirements:

  • Currently obtaining bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Fluent in English, second language a plus
  • Interest within luxury retail/fashion
  • Organized and detail orientated
  • Innovative and creative with a desire to continuously improve
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite essential
  • Experience in marketing/communications, public relations or events preferred
  • Confidence with social media platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization skills while managing multiple tasks
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to take initiative
  • Knowledge of international development will be an advantage
