Communications Intern

• Monitor, track, and clip daily media coverage for gallery artists and estates
• Support the production of internal and external media reports, including a biweekly internal press coverage report
• Assist with creating and updating press materials and assets
• Research, expand, and maintain the gallery’s media contact database
• Help manage the gallery’s press archive (print and digital) through organizational and research-based projects
• Maintain awareness of arts, culture, and media trends relevant to the gallery and its roster

• Strong interest in contemporary art and the broader creative landscape
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage the timing of personal tasks and projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with strong time-management abilities
• Familiarity with Mac, Photoshop, Excel, and Google Workspace is a plus but not required
• All candidates must be residents of NY, NJ, or CT
